Women in Business | Yoga in the Park

You’re invited to a special yoga experience hosted by EmpowerHer, a women in business wellness community focused on connection, balance, and growth.

Join us for an all levels yoga class designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself and with a supportive community of inspiring women. This class is led by Dr. Zeynep Tuzcu, owner of Evren, a holistic wellness clinic centered on accessible body care and nervous system regulation.

Dr. Zeynep is a trauma informed, evidence based practitioner whose approach blends mindful movement, nervous system support, and body awareness. Her priority is creating a space where participants feel comfortable, empowered, and supported, leaving feeling softer and more grounded than when they arrived.

This is more than a workout. It is intentional movement, mindful breathing, and meaningful connection.

Come as you are. Mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

The class will take place outdoors in Loring Park, directly across the street from Evren Chiropractic!
