Each class features fun, accessible choreography set to current popular music across a mix of styles including:

This class is designed to feel empowering, expressive, and fun — whether you’re an experienced dancer or simply want to move, build confidence, and enjoy the energy of dance.

🎥 We’ll also be filming parts of class for social media content for anyone who would like to participate. Participation in filming is completely optional — but if you’re ready to perform, bring the energy. Bring your personality.
ABOUT ME
The class is led by me, Helena Berggren, founder of HOSBODY and HELENA OF SWEDEN.
I am an 8-time Swedish National Dance Champion with over 20 years of experience in dance, movement, performance, and fitness.
Dance has always been one of the biggest sources of confidence, expression, and joy in my life, and I love creating classes that make people feel strong, energized, and empowered
— no matter their experience level.
My background includes competitive dance, choreography, teaching, performance, and movement-based wellness training, and my classes combine professional training with a fun, welcoming, and high-energy atmosphere.
