Dance Cardio Fitness & Stretching

This is not a free event , fee is $7.00 paid directly to the rec center.
Zumba and Hip Hop Fitness Dance class. In this class we will dance for about 45 mins to fun upbeat music followed by 10 to 15 mins of deep stretching and flexibility movement. Pleasese bring your mat. There is a $ 7 class fee that is paid at the Rec Center. You don't need a membership to atten. Please register for class https://www.kennesaw-ga.gov/parks-and-recreation/
