Join us for some fun sprints along the Katy Trail in Dallas! Embrace the thrill of running fast, surrounded by the beautiful view, fresh crisp air, and friendly good company. Whether you're a power sprinter or just looking to rediscover the joy of running fast, all speeds are welcome. Yes, just sprints! Roughly 50m, 100m. Rest, walk, and talk. Then repeat!

​We'll kick things off with some warm intro's outside Another Broken Egg Cafe in Uptown, then hit the path for some light stretching to warm up and do some casual sprints. We'll chat and stretch for about 15min then head over to the trail together. Of course there will be other people walking and jogging along the trail, so think of this like a sprint and obstacle course combined.
Attendees must sign a short waiver before participating
​Meeting Point: We'll meet at Another Broken Egg Cafe in Uptown, Dallas (3223 Lemmon Ave #103, Dallas, TX) at the time listed. Then we'll head over to the Katy Trail together.

Parking: There's free parking on the side streets. There's also free garage parking a couple blocks away in West Village too.

Trolley: There's a free trolley that goes around uptown too that stops across the street.

Afterwards: we sometimes get food / drinks after if people are up for it

Sprint Club – Fun, Fast, and Exhilarating!
​Rediscover the thrill of running as fast as you can, just for the pure joy of it. In a world where most adult running groups focus on jogging or slow-paced / long-distance running, Sprint Club is here to bring back the exhilaration of sprinting for fun - like when you were a kid.
​This group is all about the excitement of running fast— whether you're a seasoned sprinter or just wanting to have fun and get out there. Whether you're lightning fast or just want an excuse to exercise — we welcome all speeds, and you're in great company. It's not a competition (unless you want it to be). The focus is on running as fast you want, having fun, being safe, and making friends!
​We'll do some light stretching to warm up and help prevent injuries, ensuring everyone can have fun without any setbacks. Feel free to do more of your own stretching and set your own limits. We are not responsible for any injuries of course. You do you, and we want you to be safe. So, lace up your sneakers, and leave your office chair butt-print behind. Join us and have some fun sprinting through the city together!
