Description: Cybersecurity for All: A Career Evolution
This session explores the cybersecurity landscape through the lens of professional growth, from breaking into the field to leading it. We’ll discuss the shift from mastering technical fundamentals and "putting out fires" as a junior analyst to managing enterprise risk and organizational culture as a veteran leader. Whether you are just starting out or have decades of experience, the panel will highlight how the core mission of "protection" adapts as you move from the keyboard to the boardroom.
