The Institute for Cybersecurity & Emerging Technologies at Rhode Island College and the Community College of Rhode Island, in partnership with Citizens Bank and Building Futures, are pleased to announce the successful creation of a new Registered Apprenticeship Program for cybersecurity students.
The first of its kind in the state, the Information Security Analyst Registered Apprenticeship Program matches cybersecurity students in Rhode Island with high-paying, full-time positions from eager employers in the fields of cybersecurity and information security, starting in 2026.
Join us on Monday, April 6th, to hear from Governor Dan McKee, U.S. Senator Jack Reed, Dr. Jack Warner, Dr. Rosemary Costigan and representatives from Building Futures and Citizens Bank about what this program means for Rhode Island and our growing cybersecurity workforce.
