On August 27, we’ll be hosting a unique look at the lives of those who live with dementia and those who care for them. This will include a critical conversation with experts about dementia in communities of color, as well as a special screening of the award-winning documentary by C. Nathaniel Brown, “Remember Me” – a moving exploration ofmemory, resilience and the profound connections that remain even as memories fade.
Together we’ll laugh, reflect and learn how to cultivate meaningful moments that matter, so save the date for this very special event.
