Cooking seafood doesn’t have to be intimidating. In this hands-on workshop, Chef Instructor Jerome Picca will guide students through the techniques needed to confidently prepare a variety of seafood dishes.During this class, students will work with shellfish, roundfish, and flatfish, learning how to create flavorful dishes complemented by seasonal vegetables, grains, and accompaniments. By the end of the evening, you’ll have a stronger understanding of seafood preparation and the confidence to cook it at home.
