About this Event
In this two hour workshop, you'll develop an understanding of your kitchen spices as the start of a home apothecary. From the perspective of food as medicine, you'll dive into the medicinal uses of common kitchen herbs like rosemary, oregano, garlic, and ginger. Then, the class will put this knowledge to the test and make herbal vinegars from herbs grown at Garden for the Environment.
