Step inside the world of artisanal chocolate-making with this hands-on workshop led by Master Chocolatier Shekoh Moossavi. In this immersive class, students will learn the full bonbon-making process from start to finish.
Participants will:
- Temper and apply colored cocoa butter using both hand-painting and airbrushing techniques
- Properly temper chocolate for optimal texture and shine
- Shell, fill, and cap bonbon moulds
- Unmould their finished creations with care and precision
At the end of class, each student’s handmade chocolates will be carefully trayed, vacuum-packed, and ready to take home. Perfect for sharing, or savoring solo.
