Join us for a Culinary Career Open House at the Metropolitan Culinary Arts Institute (MCAI) in Arlington, VA.

This event is designed for individuals who are exploring practical, skills-based career paths—including those eligible for GI Bill® education benefits.

During the session, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Tour our professional kitchens and training facilities
• Meet instructors and current students
• Learn about our Culinary Arts and Breads & Pastry programs
• Understand program timelines (14–21 weeks) and career pathways
• Ask questions about admissions, scheduling, and next steps

We’ll also provide an overview of how VA education benefits (Ch. 31 & 33) may be applied toward training.
