Create Your Own Intuitive Crystal KitHave you ever picked up a crystal and just felt drawn to it?
In this workshop, we’ll explore how your body naturally responds to energy and learn how to trust those signals.
We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help you tune into your inner yes and no. From there, you’ll explore a table full of crystals and choose the stones your body feels drawn to before knowing what they mean.
Afterward, we’ll reveal the meanings behind the stones, and you’ll create your own personal crystal kit to take home. You’ll package your stones in a small jar or pouch and write a simple reference card so you can use them whenever you need grounding, clarity, calm, or support.
This is a relaxed, hands-on workshop designed for curiosity, creativity, and connection. No experience with crystals or meditation needed.
You’ll leave with:
• A deeper understanding of your body’s intuitive signals

• A simple practice for checking in with yourself
