Join me for a deeply calming Sunday morning experience, held in a peaceful nature reserve setting just outside Carlisle.
This intimate gathering (limited to 10 people) is designed as a gentle reset for your nervous system, your mind, and your energy.
We begin with a short guided meditation to help you fully arrive, followed by a restorative crystal singing bowl sound journey. The layered tones of the bowls support the body in moving into a state of deep relaxation — calming, grounding and gently uplifting.
Whether you are completely new to sound baths or already familiar with energy work, you are very welcome. No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are.
