Crucial Conversations is our public forum utilized to educate local seniors and their families on the importance of being intentional and proactive about healthcare management and self advocacy. These discussions provide awareness of what trauma informed care looks like and the patient's role. Additionally, the platform is utilized to streamline access and awareness of local resources.
Through our partnership with Allen Neighborhood Center, their Senior Discovery Group host Crucial Conversations at Allen Neighborhood Center, on the second Wednesday of every month at 10:00am.
