On June 7th from 10am to 12pm, we're gathering at The Witchery in central Copenhagen. I'm going to teach you how to crochet a daisy square. Yes, it's cute. That's not why we're doing it.
We're doing it because using your hands produces oxytocin. The pleasure hormone. The same one your body releases when you hug someone you love, or pet your dog. Oxytocin is one of the fastest, most accessible nervous system regulators you have, and most of us have completely forgotten how to access it because we're glued to our phones, scrolling other people's lives.
This is what embodiment actually looks like. It's not a retreat in Bali. It's two hours, a hook, some yarn, and a room full of women like you.
You'll walk out with a finished daisy square (or three, depending on your vibe), a real embodied tool you can pull out the next time your nervous system is fried, 20% off everything in The Witchery shop on the day, and hopefully a few new friends who actually get it.
About The Witchery
The Witchery CPH makes skincare the slow way, from things grown right on our doorstep. Cold-pressed European fruits and veggies. No base oils, no chemicals, no preservatives. What to bring
I will provide some snacks and drinks, so all you need to bring is yourself, water, and an open heart. If you're on the BYO ticket, bring your hook and yarn. Total beginners welcome. If you can hold a hook, you can crochet a daisy square.
This is not a self-care moment, although it's gonna feel great. This is community building :)
