About this Event
About this Programme
While Singapore's saltwater crocodiles -- a.k.a. estuarine crocodiles -- are mostly spotted in the Johor Straits, they've actually been in Singapore since long before that, inhabiting our rivers and surrounding waters. Despite their dwindling numbers, they continue to call Singapore home, even surfacing in our news from time to time. In this talk, Bernard Seah -- wildlife advocate, citizen scientist and photographer -- will introduce you to our elusive, scaly neighbour. Join us and get to know our island's crocodiles, their lifecycles, and lifestyles -- and catch a toothy grin from a crocodile skull!
This programme is targetted at a general audience, including teens and those aged 50 and above.
Please note:
Please note that presentation slides may be available during or after the programme, depending on the programme. Where applicable, only participants who attend the programme can have access to the slides via instructions given during the programme.
