Od wkradania się do lokalnego klubu, by jako nastolatek występować jako DJ, po sezonowe rezydencje w najbardziej ekstrawaganckim klubie na Ibizie, Hï – podróż Cristopha do światowej sławy to opowieść o pasji i ciężkiej pracy, wspierana przez niezwykły talent i energię, które wyniosły brytyjskiego DJ-a i producenta na szczyty sceny muzyki tanecznej. Zainspirowany sceną house z Chicago, dorastając w Newcastle w Anglii, Cristoph czerpał wpływy z dźwięków takich artystów jak Masters at Work oraz progresywnych brzmień Sashy i Digweeda, a także z własnych doświadczeń. Brat Cristopha załatwił mu pierwszy występ w lokalnym klubie w Newcastle, a ojciec był odpowiedzialny za zakup jego pierwszych gramofonów. Opanowując swoje umiejętności na winylach, Cristoph szybko zaczął doskonalić swoje talenty w studiu, a jego przełom nastąpił dzięki mentorskiej pomocy Hot Since 82, czyli Daleya Padleya.
Po szeroko wspieranym wydaniu „Alone” na Knee Deep in Sound, spotkanie z kolejnym wielkim nazwiskiem sceny muzyki tanecznej zmieniło bieg kariery Cristopha, gdy Eric Prydz, zafascynowany precyzyjną produkcją Geordie'go i uznanym EP „8-track”, zaproponował mu miejsce na swojej nowej wytwórni „Pryda Presents”. Utwory takie jak „Feel” i „EPOCH” sprawiły, że Cristoph szybko stał się gigantem świata progresywnego house'u.
Zabierając swoje atmosferyczne produkcje do najdalszych zakątków świata, Cristoph zagrał na największych festiwalach i wydarzeniach, w tym Tomorrowland, Arc Festival, Parklife, Creamfields, Ultra Miami, Electric Zoo oraz EDC Las Vegas.
Obecnie uważany za stałego rezydenta letnich imprez na Ibizie, Cristoph umocnił swoją pozycję wyjątkowego talentu i pomógł ugruntować swoją pozycję jako globalnej siły.
Po wydaniach na ikonicznych wytwórniach, takich jak Bedrock, Suara, Noir, Last Night on Earth i Yoshi Toshi, w 2020 roku Cristoph dołączył do rodziny Anjunadeep z dwoma niezwykle udanymi wydawnictwami – „Big H 2020” i „SFB”.
Po serii audycji radiowych Consequence of Society, w 2022 roku ruszyła wytwórnia pod tą samą nazwą – Consequence of Society Recordings. Posiadanie własnego wydawnictwa pozwoliło Cristophowi wydawać muzykę we własnym tempie, w tym oczekiwane klasyki jak „Turning Away” i „The Edge”. W 2023 roku wytwórnia C.O.S. Recordings wydała serię EP o nazwie FACET, prezentującą każdy aspekt muzycznych talentów tego utalentowanego producenta. Rok 2023 przyniósł również platynowy status singla „Breathe”, będącego owocem współpracy z Camelphat – prawdziwy kamień milowy w karierze każdego muzyka.
Przyszłość Cristopha rysuje się w jasnych barwach. Jego globalne trasy koncertowe są coraz bardziej intensywne, produkcje muzyczne coraz lepiej przyjmowane, a harmonogram wydawniczy jego utworów oraz starannie dobranych remiksów sięga daleko w przyszłość.

From sneaking into his local club to DJ as a teen to performing season-long residencies
at Ibiza’s most extravagant club,Hï, Cristoph’s journey to global stardom is a tale of passion
and hard-work, underpinned by a supreme talent and energy which has seen the British DJ
and producer catapult into the eyes -and ears -of dance music’s biggest names. Inspired by
the Chicago house scene whilst growing up in Newcastle, England, Cristoph sought influence
from the sounds of acts like Masters at Work and the progressive tones of Sasha & Digweed,
as well as his own upbringings. With Cristoph’s brother landing him his first spot in a local
Newcastle venue, the DJ’s father was the figure responsible for the purchase of his first pair
of decks. Mastering his craft on vinyl, Cristoph soon started to hone his talents in the studio,
receiving his first big break via the tutorship of Hot Since 82, aka Daley Padley. Following his
widely supported release ‘Alone’ on Knee Deep in Sound, it was a meeting with another of
dance music’s A-list names that changed the course of Cristoph’s future, when Eric Prydz,
impressed by the Geordie’s crisp productions and acclaimed EP ‘8-track’, offered him a spot
on his new ‘Pryda Presents’ label. Releases such as ‘Feel’ and ‘EPOCH’ saw Cristoph quickly
become a giant in the world of progressive house.
Bringing his atmospheric productions to all corners of the globe, Cristoph’s sumptuous
tones have seen the DJ play at the world’s biggest festivals and events, including
Tomorrowland, Arc Festival, Parklife, Creamfields, Ultra Miami, Electric Zoo and EDC Las
Vegas.
Now considered a regular among the Ibizan summer residency stalwarts, Cristoph has
further instilled his unique talent into the public consciousness and helped cement this
talent as a global force.
Previously releasing on iconic labels such as Bedrock, Suara, Noir, Last Night on Earth, and
Yoshi Toshi, 2020 saw Cristoph join the Anjunadeep family with two hugely successful
releases in the form of ‘Big H 2020’ and ‘SFB’.
Following on from the series of Consequence of Society radio shows, 2022 saw the launch of
the label under the same moniker – Consequence of Society Recordings. Now having his
own outlet has allowed Cristoph to release music at his own formidable rate including
hugely anticipated classics like Turning Away and The Edge and in 2023 C.O.S. Recordings
dropped the FACET series of waterfall release EP’s which showcase every side of this
talented producers musical strengths. 2023 also saw the single “Breathe” collaboration with
Camelphat reach platinum status, a true milestone in any musicians career.
The future looks utterly solid for Cristoph. Touring has never been so globally prolific,
musical productions have never been so widely well received and the release schedule of his
own productions along with cherry picked remixes stretches far into the distant future.
