is hereby given of the
Annual General Meeting
at the Club House, South Sound,
on
Thursday April 30th, 2026 at 6.00pm
The business of the meeting will be to present annual reports from the Vice President of Rugby and Vice President of Operations, and to hold elections for the five executive committee positions – President, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Rugby, Treasurer and Secretary.
If you are interested in standing for one of these positions please contact Aysha Jackson, Secretary in the first instance. Nominations can be formally made at the meeting.
Those paid-up Members who are entitled to vote are: Members, Life Members and adults with Family Membership.
If you are unable to attend the meeting and wish to vote by proxy, you may nominate another voting member of the Club to vote on your behalf, using the attached proxy form which must be delivered to the Club House at least 48 hours before the start of the meeting.
