About this Event
Join Beth Milton and Sana Siddiqui from our Library and Visitor Experience and Engagement teams in a creative writing workshop inspired by items from our collections. We'll look at a selection of images and texts that explore recipes, remedies and the words that nourish us.
Take part in a variety of activities such as flavourful poetry and collaborative recipe writing, to help you bring to life the food that brings you comfort.
You’ll also have a chance to write something yourself, inspired by the items you’ve examined and the conversations you've shared.
The workshop is open to all levels, from beginners who are wondering how to get started, to more experienced writers who may be looking for a spark for their next piece.
