About this Event
We often think of creative writing as something you have to do by yourself. But then how are you ever going to meet other writers? Join us for a night of collaborative creative writing games designed for everyone, regardless of writing experience.
Led in partnership with Lorelle Howard from Mom’s Night Off, the event features different prompts that introduce new ways of storytelling and makes creative writing a communal, social experience.
You’re invited to write something new, continue an ongoing project, or see where the evening takes you. We’ll finish with optional time to share what you’ve written.
Supplies: All supplies will be provided, though you're encouraged to bring your own notebook if you'd like.
Access+Seating: We will be on the first floor of a bookstore with folding chairs on a first-come basis.
Mom’s Night Off is an initiative dedicated to giving mothers the chance to rest, reset, and reconnect. Their mission is to create a safe, nurturing space where mothers can connect, share, and rediscover themselves.
