About this Event
A Full-Day Team Building Experience
At Liberation Art Gallery CIC, Brighton
Step away from the everyday and bring your team together for a relaxed, inspiring Creative Team Building Day at Liberation Art Gallery CIC. The Artisan Trio Creative Team Day is a full-day, hands-on experience combining mosaic, pottery, and nature-inspired painting, designed to spark creativity, strengthen connections, and support wellbeing in a welcoming, non-pressured environment.
Running on Thursdays and Saturdays from 10am–5pm, this immersive day is ideal for teams looking for a meaningful alternative to traditional team-building activities. No previous art experience is required, just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to create together.
A Creative Day With Purpose
Liberation Art Gallery CIC is a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to making creativity accessible to everyone. Our gallery, creative workshops, and art therapy space reinvest all profits back into community programmes. These include free and low-cost art therapy, outreach projects, and wellbeing initiatives for individuals, families, and young people facing barriers to education, inclusion, or mental health support.
By choosing this creative team day, your organisation is supporting staff wellbeing and making a positive social impact in the Brighton community.
What the Day Includes
Your team will take part in three guided creative workshops, spread across the day with breaks built in for rest, conversation, and reflection:
🧩 Mosaic Workshop
Teams begin the day with a playful, hands-on mosaic session. Participants learn basic techniques including design, composition, and tile placement while creating a small mosaic artwork. This session encourages collaboration, problem-solving, and shared creativity.
🏺 Pottery Workshop
Explore clay through hand-building and the pottery wheel. Participants can sculpt by hand or try the wheel, focusing on experimentation, tactile making, and creative confidence. This session is often a highlight for teams, offering both challenge and fun.
🌸 Nature Painting Workshop
The day concludes with a calm, mindful painting session inspired by natural forms and florals. Using inks and natural elements, participants create expressive artworks while slowing down, observing, and reconnecting with creativity in a relaxed way.
