About this Event
Hello! I'm George from 'A Little Cup'. My mission was to make tea blends that put people, wellbeing and creativity at the heart (without the need for a lot of caffeine). A Little Cup aims to bring community and creativity together, a little cup at a time.
This blending workshop (hosted at the Made Local Popup Shop) will allow you to explore flavours and their influences on our bodies and minds, through creative responses such as movement, gesture and colour!
The workshop will involve:
- Learning a little history of tea
- Tasting some of our top seasonal tea blends, learning about their stories and benefits
- Making up your own tea blends
- Finishing up making some artwork - you will use your concoted blends as inspiration for drawing exercises to get your creative juices flowing, thinking about how your bodies and minds respond to different flavours or ingredients
