About this Event
In this Creative Journaling Workshop, you’ll explore ways to express what’s going on inside in a non-judgemental, open and curious way. This is your invitation to pause, play, and gently explore your inner world using a mix of materials including pens, paper, stitching and collage.
The workshop takes place within the exhibition Don’t Tell Anyone at Phoenix Art Space. Amy’s work on display shares her own journey of vulnerability and rediscovery - where journal pages slowly grew into larger, braver pieces, and eventually into paintings. It’s shared in the hope that it inspires you to deepen your own connection with creativity, with yourself, and with the creative spark that shines within us all.
Materials and journals are provided but please bring your own journal along if you have one.
