About this Event
This creative wellbeing workshop offers children aged 4+ a fun and safe space to explore through art, play, and imagination. Using engaging group activities such as painting, games, and simple crafts, children are encouraged to express themselves freely, build confidence, and develop emotional awareness.
We focus on creativity rather than perfection, helping children relax, connect with others, and enjoy the process of making.
All activities are age-appropriate, inclusive, and designed to support positive wellbeing in a playful and supportive environment.
Parents/minders are required to stay throughout the workshop but it can be a moment to have some 'you' time without participating.
About me: I'm a qualified Creative Therapist and DBS checked who has worked with both adults and children. This is not a therapy based session but some creative therapy activities may be used in the workshop.
