Creative and Wellbeing days in Bodmin

Weekly workshops in Bodmin

Starting Saturday 7th of February, ending 4th of April

10am -11.30am: Art Class (£15)

12am -3pm: Sewing lessons (£20)

4pm - 6pm: Wellbeing workshop (£15)

Art class:

For teenagers & grown-ups.

We will be learning realistic

drawing with colour pencils

and pastels. Please bring

your own colour pencils,

sharpener, eraser and A3

sketch book (we have some

in stock if you don’t have

your own).

Sewing lessons:

For beginners and intermediates -

everyone will get attention regardless

of skill level. First lesson will be about

“befriending the sewing machine”.

After that you can bring your own

ideas and project as we make our

own clothing. We have seven sewing

machines available, feel free to bring

your own if you have one, plus any

tape measures, needles, scissors and

fabrics you want to use.

Wellbeing workshop:

We will start with a wellbeing

talk, covering the basics in

holistic living. After that you will

be guided in a meditation to

ease your mind and emotions

and connect with your deeper

Self. We will conclude with a

dynamic, meditative dance.

After the workshop you will

have the opportunity for a

therapeutic talk, if you wish.
