Creating space in body and mind - Yoga workshop
What to expect:
The class will start with some reflexion time about the idea of non possessiveness, letting go, letting be and creating space in our body and mind. We will then practice pranayama (breathing exercises) followed by an hour long yin yoga. The session will finish with a deep relaxation with sound.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative yoga style where passive postures are held for extended periods (3-5+ minutes) to target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints, rather than muscles, promoting flexibility and mindfulness.
This workshop welcomes everyone from complete beginners to more advanced practitioners, no need to be flexible or having any previous knowledge.
This session is an opportunity to finish your weekend in a relaxed and calm mindset, ready for the week ahead.
What to bring:
All the equipment will be provided. Wear comfortable clothes, bring layers, a water bottle and warm socks for comfort.
