The colors of natural pigments make rich and subtle drawing pastels, perfect for nuanced and naturalistic subjects. Join Natalie Stopka in a live online demonstration of pigment selection, preparation, and pastel making. This is a simple and approachable method for bringing natural color and expressive texture to works on paper. Q+A will follow the presentation.

This demonstration will be conducted live as a Zoom Webinar. Participants tune in without video or sound keeping all focus on the artist’s demonstration. Participants can communicate through the chat and submit questions through the Q&A feature during the live event.

Participants will receive an email from Peters Valley at least 48 hours prior with a link and a password. Only registered participants will be admitted.
