Creating from the Heart: Express Your Way into 2026!

Join us in person for an inspiring session where you’ll dive deep into your creativity and let your heart lead the way! No pressure, just pure expression to set the tone for an amazing 2026. Bring your ideas, your vibe, and get ready to create freely with a fun, supportive crew. Let’s make magic happen together!

We’ll begin with a short talk on building an every day practice of creative insight and expression, including some inspiring historical examples of artists and their creative rituals. From there, you’ll be guided through a heart-centered mindfulness practice designed to help you settle into your body and arrive fully in the moment.

Next, we’ll explore a guided creative expression activity using simple writing and drawing prompts inspired by nature and observation.

We’ll close with optional group sharing while enjoying tea and treats, conversation and connection.

This workshop is for you if you want to:

• Embrace the new year in a fun, mindful way
• Enjoy creative expression without pressure to “be good at art”
• Gain simple creative and mindfulness tools to integrate into your daily experience

All materials are provided, but please bring any favorite supplies or journal you may have.

All levels are welcome, no prior art or meditation experience is needed. This workshop is about opening up and enjoying the process!
