Join us for some dynamic, hands-on training designed to help you build and run an effective Tenants or Residents' Association. This event is sponsored by the Westway Trust, through their Transformation funding.

🕘 Morning Session: Learn the essentials—from getting started and attracting members, to setting up your group’s structure and tackling the issues that matter most to your community.

🕑 Afternoon Session: Dive deeper into making democracy work within your association, how to negotiate for change with external stakeholders, and practical strategies to overcome common challenges.
