Hi, I’m Joana, and I’m your host.
Since I started studying men, relationship dynamics, and the art of creating a loving and fulfilling life, I have shifted my unhealthy relationship patterns.
I used to feel that I had to always tell my man what to do. I used to think that I would always be with men that were lazy or didn’t care about me.
There is an art that I am passionate about exploring, and passing on to women that, like me, have always longed for romance, emotional intimacy, and long lasting passionate relationships.

In this in-person workshop, I am offering in Copenhagen, I will share with you what I have learnt from my teachers and mentors, from my own relationships, and my clients.

The space will feel safe for you to be able to open up to a new way of seeing yourself, seeing men, and seeing the other women around you.
This will be a space where you come with a spirit of wanting to be seen, heard, and transformed.
I will support you in bringing on the awareness and understanding that you will need to create a loving and fulfilling relationship with your chosen partner.

About your host:
Joana is 36 years old, she comes from Portugal and has lived in Denmark for almost 6 years.
She has an engineering background, with Master degrees in both Biomedical Engineering and Sustainability.
After successful years in the field, she started feeling that her job and life did not completely fit her purpose. She got a burnout from living an unfulfilling life, and despite her effort to try to “fit back in”, she took the brave decision to take a completely different life direction.
She left her job in the beginning of 2020 and traveled to Bali, for what she thought would be a 2 months holiday to study Yoga.
Due to the World’s events, she ended up being stranded in Bali, where, for the next 2 years, she decided to embark on an even deeper journey of personal development, spirituality, self discovery and learning.
On a continued learning journey, Joana has received documented education in the fields of Mindfulness, Tantra, Art of loving, Authentic Relating, Compassionate Communication, ThetaHealing, Awakened Leadership, Buddhism, and Yoga.
She has more that 10 years of coaching experience, and in the last two years she has built up a coaching practice specialised in intimacy, relationships, personal development, and love communication.
Any woman carries a tremendous power and energy that, if recognised, can truly awaken her true radiance. It is not about working hard, being lucky, or wearing the trendiest makeup or the sexiest clothes. It’s about coming back to their true nature, and their inner compass.
Joana wants to offer her guidance and support to all women looking for ways to be more in touch with their femininity, and to feel loved as they are meant to be, in firm belief that happiness is possible and simpler than we have ever thought.
