• Light guided breathwork to begin
• Creative prompts to get juices flowing
• Time to work on your ideas
• Optional sharing (no pressure)
• Gentle coaching support available throughout
No experience needed.

All sessions run 1.30pm–3.30pm (fortnightly Wednesdays)

Session fee from May: £7 / £10 / £15 (accessible/ standard/supporter)
