Youth and children's ministry is one of the most rewarding callings and one of the most draining.

You give your energy, carry stories and hold space for young people week after week.

But who pours into you?

Whether you’re paid or voluntary, new to youth and children ministry or decades in, this gathering is for anyone involved in youth and children's work who wants practical support, meaningful connection, and spiritual refreshment.

We are pleased to welcome The Rt Revd Bishop Roger who will be leading our retreat this term. Through guided reflections, worship, creative prayer, and quiet moments of rest, this retreat invites you to reconnect with God. All are welcome.

Lunch will be provided. Please inform a member of the Mustard Seed Team if you have any dietary requirements.

There is parking at Moulsham Street Car Park, or if you fancy a short walk down the high street, you would be welcome to use the Diocese car park.
