Aligned Intention Workshop: Leading with Clarity and Focus

Effective leadership starts with clarity, not just in strategy. It is seen in how we show up day to day. This CRE Women’s Leadership Exchange workshop is designed to help you step back, assess where you are, and move forward with greater intention. Through guided exercises and reflection, you will evaluate key areas of your personal and professional life; define what alignment looks like for you in this season; and walk away with practical tools to support focus, decision-making, and well-being.

This interactive program is led by Carla Moule, General Manager with Lillibridge Healthcare Services, and is designed to help you reset and refocus in a way that supports both performance and sustainability.

The CRE Women’s Leadership Exchange brings together women in commercial real estate for interactive discussions, educational programs, and networking on topics of importance to the CRE industry and personal and professional growth.
