Sail away with us on a 4-day cruise from Tampa, October 22–26, 2026. The ship sails Thursday afternoon and you are off the ship early Monday morning usually before 8am. It’s the perfect mix of tricks, treats, and tropical fun—all while supporting your favorite charities.
Carnival only allows us 60 days to get the room deposits in. After that date our group rate will change…..and the scary thing is the rates never go down.
Deposits:
$25. per person based for double occupancy; $50 per person for single occupancy. Cannot choose stateroom type or location.
Full deposit is $150 per person for double occupancy; $300 per person for single occupancy (see exact dates below) Can choose to get the full deposit at booking (recommended) to choose your room type and location.
Group rates will only be for double occupancy staterooms
If someone in group wants a triple, quad or specialty stateroom it can be added to group but must be fully deposited to add.
Stateroom type and location will not be assigned until fully deposited. Another great reason to take full deposit at booking so guests can choose location early.

Oceanview Staterooms: Starting at $459 - $484 per person including all taxes and port fees (excludes gratuities) for guests 1 & 2 based on cabin type and location.
Interior Staterooms: Starting at $407 - $424 per person including all taxes and port fees (excludes gratuities) for guests 1 & 2 based on cabin type and location.
Guests 3 & 4 can be added only with full deposit.
Gratuity is $64 per person based on double occupancy and not included in cruise fare.
Vacation protection is optional and is $49 to $65 per person based on double occupancy and is not included in the cruise fare.
Group Fares Important Dates:
Do not wait to book. We have 50 rooms to start. Carnival only gives groups 60 days to get deposits on the rooms. Rooms that are not booked with a deposit by October 13 are taken back by Carnival and new higher rates will apply to any group rooms booked after that date.
In the time since I asked Mandy to look at rates and two days later when I gave her to ok to book the group the rates went up $5.00.
• Initial Deposit: $25.00 per person for double and $50.00 deposit for single person in room.
• Full Deposit: - all rooms will need to be fully deposited and assigned no later than June 12th, 2026 Any rooms not fully deposited will be dropped after this date from the group. Full deposit is refundable until final payment is due.
• Guests can make payments along the way
• $25 fee per person will be charged for any name change or cancellation after full deposit
• Final Payment actual date is due August 4th 2026.
Drink Packages
• Can add Cheers packages to individual staterooms through cruise planner after they have placed full deposit

FAQ
Is there an added cost for supporters? No. The $32 per cabin is paid by Carnival, not the traveler.
Why are the rates so good? Carnival gives our group a discount because we sell a large block of rooms.
Who handles bookings? Mandy, our trusted travel agent, manages the full block and tracks which charity each cabin supports.
What if I don’t have a charity? You can still sail. You’ll be able to pick from the registered causes at booking.
