Attend LIVE/ In-Person & LIVE/ via Zoom. Every session is offered both ways, so you never miss a beat.
Perfect for students who have completed any Georgia pre-license course and are serious about passing on the first try, this intensive 2-day review will:
Day 1 – Foundation + Georgia State Focus (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Welcome & Strategy Session (30 min) – Test-taking techniques, timing, and exam mindset.
Georgia State Law Focus (2.5 hours)
- GREC rules & regulations
- License requirements & disciplinary process
- Brokerage relationships & trust accounts
- State-specific contracts & forms
Break (15 min)
Contracts & Agency Review (National + State) (1 hr)
Math Prep (Intro) (45 min) – Basic proration, commissions, % problems
Day 2 – National Content + Final Evaluation (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
- Property Ownership, Land Use & Title Transfer (1 hr)
- Valuation & Appraisal Principles (45 min)
- Financing & Lending Practices (1 hr)
- Break (15 min)
- Math Intensive Workshop (90 min) – Loan qualifying, closing costs, amortization, prorations, commissions
- Comprehensive Exam Simulation & Review (30 min) – Final readiness check

No refunds after CRAM begins or for failure to attend. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours before start.
