- Hear a little cocktail history on each libation and it's connection to brunch
- Learn the proper glassware and techniques to garnish your lovely libation
- Cocktail list teaser for the class: there will be one sparkling cocktail, one classic cocktail, one craft tropical cocktail and one specialty coffee cocktail
