Relapse - none of us like to hear that word, especially when it applies to our own recovery journey. But it doesn't have to be a foregone conclusion. There are steps you can take to keep relapse away.
Lesson 21: Relapse at Celebrate Recovery focuses on recognizing and preventing relapse.
It teaches participants to identify triggers, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and maintain a strong support system.
Emphasizing the importance of daily accountability and staying connected with the recovery community, this lesson equips individuals with practical tools to sustain their progress and avoid falling back into old habits. Join us to strengthen your resilience and commitment to recovery.
Principle 7: Reserve a daily time with God for self-examination, Bible reading, and prayer in order to know God and His will for my life and to gain the power to follow His will.
Step 11: Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and power to carry that out.
