This course is created by CQC advisors, former CQC inspectors and healthcare professionals who are passionate about supporting healthcare providers to understand the complexities of the CQC.

Tony C : An experienced Registered Nurse with a mental health specialism and extensive experience in forensic and secure mental health services. He has delivered CQC-focused training for many years in both small and large settings, covering compliance, regulatory expectations, and specialist areas of health and social care. Alongside his clinical background, Tony has worked across health and social care at all levels, including in the role of Registered Manager. This combination of clinical and operational experience gives him a clear and detailed understanding of how services can remain compliant and perform successfully in line with legislation and the evolving CQC framework.
