CPG Her 2026This event celebrates women in parkour. We look forward to a weekend of workshops and jams with experienced local and international parkour coaches.

WHO CAN JOIN?
We welcome all women and all levels; coaches are experienced and will be able to teach you something cool whether it's your first day training parkour or your second decade.
AGE: 16+. We expect that you are capable of managing your own stay and transport in Copenhagen during the event.

OUR IDENTITY
Women are underrepresented in the Copenhagen community and we wish to welcome all women at all levels to come and train together, explore, learn and develop in a safe and fun environment with professional coaches and experienced organizers. We acknowledge that our experiences as parkour practitioners are diverse and look forward to welcoming you into a supportive and (if you wish) challenging movement environment.
