This class is all about cover cropping for the summer. If you are not planning to use some or all of your garden over the summer, planting a cover crop can help keep your soil alive and improving, reduce weeds, and prepare your garden for a Fall launch.
This class will address all aspects of cover cropping, including crop options, when to harvest, how to manage, and how to replant in the Fall.
Participants will be provided with four cover crop starts or buckwheat seeds (a choice you will get to make at the class).
Fee includes you and a guest.
