It's 1612 in Pendle, Lancashire. ### The History of Kiln Theatre
Founded in 1980 as the Tricycle Theatre, the venue became Kiln Theatre in 2018 following a major refurbishment. Its transformation included a state-of-the-art auditorium, upgraded front-of-house facilities, and a new name reflecting its ambition to be a melting pot of stories, ideas, and people.
