We gather on Sunday the 8th of March with focus on community and meaning, because we need each other and we believe there is so much within each of us that wants to be put into this world. There will be gentle yoga, sharing of food, enough time for good conversations, and a breathwork journey with Pustetuva & Vetle designed to open up for a sense of belonging and the courage to bring more of ourselves into the world in big and small ways.
Inspired by the norse goddess of healing, EIR represents a deeper approach to well-being. One that extends beyond movement and meditation into the way we live, breathe, and nourish ourselves.
The goal with EIR is to make it safe for people to stay in their own bodies. To not have to run away, from the here and now.
Luckily, there are many tools we can use to make it safe to stay in our bodies. We use movement, breath, sound, and perhaps most important, community.

What to bring?
You don't need to bring a yoga mat. But you should bring clothes suitable for movement, an eye mask, water bottle, and extra warm layers for the breathwork. Many like a pillow under their head and knees, and a wool blanket. Bring what you need to have a comfortable journey.
Join us at Ruseløkka skole, walking distance from Nationaltheatret subway station.
Contraindications: breathwork is not advised for individuals who are pregnant or have a history of cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe asthma, or serious mental health conditions. If you still want to come, you can take it as a meditation opportunity.
See you on the mat! <3
