Your Facilitator:
Kate is the heart behind Magic Hour and an empowerment coach-facilitator with a passion for guiding others toward their most courageous, authentic & aligned selves . A lifelong encourager, Kate believes in the power of sustainable courage —the kind that keeps you connected to what makes you feel most alive, even in the face of fear. She is a certified yoga instructor, sound healer, Reiki II practitioner, Hypno-Psychedelic facilitator, and is currently completing her ICF-accredited life coaching certification. Kate is excited to bring her years of experience and training in spiritual, wellness, and personal development practices to her facilitation of the Courage Club.
