The last couple times we’ve tried to do a Greens Night, we’ve not had enough registrants, which is crazy, because this is an amazing cookbook and the dishes we cook from it, while difficult, are always wonderful! So let’s try this again… This is a go-to cookbook every couple of years because it's just so incredible. I've only been to Greens for a couple weddings, but I love their food and I love this cookbook. The recipes aren't easy, but they are luscious, and we'll be making 4-5 of them and then savoring them for days. Come be green with us!
