About this Event
đŸ’• Valentine’s Day Couples Workshop: Intimacy • Desire • Stretch
This Valentine’s Day, join us for a therapist-led couples experience designed to help you and your partner slow down, reconnect, and deepen both emotional and physical intimacy.
This workshop blends guided conversation with slow, mindful partner stretching to support connection, trust, and attunement between partners. The focus is not performance or flexibility, but presence, safety, and shared experience.
Couples will be guided through:
- Therapist-led discussion around intimacy, desire, and emotional connection
- Gentle prompts to increase awareness of how stress, routine, and disconnection impact closeness
- Slow, accessible partner stretches designed to foster trust, relaxation, and embodied connection
- Tools and insights couples can take home to continue nurturing intimacy beyond the workshop
No yoga or movement experience is required. All stretches are optional, fully clothed, and adapted for different bodies and comfort levels. This is a non-sexual, professional, and supportive environment led by licensed clinicians.
This workshop is ideal for couples who want to:
- Reconnect emotionally and physically
- Feel closer and more present with one another
- Explore intimacy in a safe, guided setting
- Invest intentionally in their relationship
