Couples Massage Workshop: A Journey into Connecting Through Couples Massage Have you ever wanted to relax with your partner by giving them a massage but you don’t really know if you’ve got the right technique. Or maybe you long for your partner to give you a massage but when they do it’s just not as good as the one you had down at Clear Mind Studio the week before ;)
Join us for a fun yet relaxing workshop where you and your partner can deepen your connection and relax in the soothing ambiance of our yoga studio learning basic massage techniques from our experienced remedial massage therapist Kat.
Learn valuable massage skills to enhance and build your relationship through the healing touch of massage therapy in a fun, safe and comfortable environment.
In our yoga studio you will work with your partner to create a relaxing ambience that you can easily recreate at home (ie no massage table required). You and your partner will learn safe and easy hand, foot and back massage techniques from Kat, which you will then take turns practising with Kat’s guidance. Kat will teach the basic strokes of massage, how to apply oil and explain any contra-indications or cautions. She will teach best posture and how to use your body correctly when massaging. There will be an opportunity to ask Kat questions so that you can perfect your technique.

Price: $199 per couple
Attire: Wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for receiving and giving massages.
What to bring: This class will be set up in our yoga studio using yoga mats, bolsters and blankets. If you need extra comfort and support please bring extra cushions or blankets with you.
Small Group Setting: Limited to 5 or 6 couples to ensure personalised attention and a cosy atmosphere.
At-Home Setup: No massage tables required! Learn techniques that you can easily practise at home without specialised equipment.
Goody Pack: Take home a curated goody pack, including a massage oil and room spray, and an informative printout to continue your at home massage journey beyond the event.
Please note we use the term “couple” loosely, this may refer to any partnership you wish to attend the class with i.e. friends, siblings, mother/daughter, lover…
