1.30pm – Arrival & Magic Mocktail
Sip on a shimmering, enchanted mocktail as you arrive and settle in. Let the gentle sparkle and taste awaken your senses and signal the beginning of your magical journey.
Intention Circle
We gather in a circle to set our wishes and intentions, creating a shared field of energy and possibility. This is your moment to pause, reflect, and plant seeds for what you want to invite into your life.
Magical Somatic Flow
Move and breathe without mats — guided by the body, breath, and inner rhythm. This somatic yoga flow helps release tension, awaken your creativity, and align your energy, preparing you to fully receive the magic of the day.
2.15pm – Magical Munch & Tea
Enjoy nourishing food from Fuzion Food and Mood, paired with soothing herbal teas. A mindful, delicious pause to fuel body and spirit.
Zen Den: Wand & Magic Vial Making with Maz
Step into the Zen Den to craft your very own wand, adorned with feathers, crystals, and twine. Then create a tiny glass vial, filled with magical ingredients that capture your intentions and energy.

Your wand becomes a personal conduit for intention and energy — a tool for focus, creativity, and releasing what no longer serves you. Your vial is a tangible collection of your magic — a reminder of your inner wisdom, dreams, and the sacred energy you carry.

Cocoon Sound Journey
Return to the main studio, where the Cocoons await. Lie back, relax, and surrender to a sound-immersive journey that integrates the day’s experiences. This closing meditation is designed to leave you feeling aligned, inspired, and sparkling with your own unique magic.
