In this session, participants are invited to focus intentionally on their values, --not the values they inherited, performed, or adopted without examination, but the values they genuinely hold today. The goal is to help each person identify their core values: what truly matters to them, what guides their decisions, what brings peace, and what creates tension when compromised.
Couch Therapy is a safe space for reflection, truth, and transformation.
