About this Event
Tour Overview
Spend the day exploring one of Indianapolis’ most charming and storied neighborhoods during the Cottage Home Home & Garden Tour—a self-guided walking tour through 14 thoughtfully curated homes and gardens in the heart of historic Cottage Home.
Recently designated a Cultural District of Indianapolis, Cottage Home is known for its tree-lined streets, eclectic charm, and beautifully preserved 19th-century cottages, including the neighborhood’s beloved historic “doubles”—paired worker’s cottages that reflect the area’s rich architectural and cultural history.
Stroll at your own pace, step inside private homes and gardens rarely open to the public, and experience the character, creativity, and community that make Cottage Home one of Indianapolis’ most treasured neighborhoods.
