Cosmic Journey: Meet Your Galactic Family is a 4-hour immersive workshop designed to help you explore your soul’s origins, purpose, and spiritual path in a safe, grounded, and supportive way.
It brings together Kundalini Yoga, galactic astrology, guided hypnotic journeying, and live Spirit & Soul guidance to support deep personal insight and embodied integration.
This experience is not about escaping everyday life — it’s about gaining clarity, understanding, and connection that you can bring back into your daily reality.
Throughout the afternoon, you will be guided to:
- Open and activate the higher chakras through Kundalini Yoga
- Explore galactic astrology themes linked to your soul lineage
- Journey beyond time and space in a guided hypnotic experience to connect with your star family
- Receive channelled Spirit and Soul guidance within a held group space
- Ground and integrate what you receive so it supports your life here and now
Each part of the workshop is carefully facilitated to ensure participants feel supported, resourced, and grounded, regardless of prior experience.
